1. Warranty Coverage

Oak and Loom Inc. takes pride in offering high-quality, handmade artisanal furniture. Our warranty policy covers defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Period:

  • Furniture: 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Accessories: 6 months from the date of delivery.

2. What is Covered

During the warranty period, Oak and Loom Inc. will repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. This includes:

  • Structural integrity of the frame.
  • Workmanship in joinery.
  • Defects in material, such as cracks, splits, or other issues not resulting from user actions.

3. What is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, or fading.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to, improper cleaning, exposure to extreme conditions, or pet damage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Fabric, leather, or other upholstery materials beyond the initial inspection period (7 days from delivery).
  • Products used in commercial settings, unless otherwise specified.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1.      Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a claim. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.

2.      Inspection: Our team may request additional information or send a professional to inspect the item.

3.      Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If it is, we will either repair the item, replace it, or provide a suitable alternative at our discretion.

5. Repair or Replacement

If a repair is deemed feasible, we will arrange for a qualified technician to perform the repair at no cost to you. If a replacement is necessary and the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a similar item of equal value.

6. Shipping Costs

For items covered under warranty, Oak and Loom Inc. will cover the cost of shipping for repair or replacement. For items not covered under warranty, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. State-Specific Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
