Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, including customized or personalized items.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories, parts, and documentation.
Return Process for Damaged Items:
- Initiate a Return:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and initiate a replacement, repair or refund.

- Please provide your Order # along with photos of the damaged product and packaging as evidence in your email.
- You will receive a return package reference number.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Ensure that the item is secured in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Clearly label the package with the return package reference number.
- Ship Your Return:
- Follow the shipping instructions provided by our customer service team.
- Oak and Loom Inc. will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.
Refund Policy
Refunds Are Only Issued for Damaged Products:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-defective products, or customized orders.
Refund Issuance:
- If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Repair Option for Minor Damages:
- For minor damages, we offer a repair solution, covering the costs of repair by a local professional artisan.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation within 48 Hours of Placing the Order: Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours of placing the order without any charge.
- Cancellation After 48 Hours but Before Shipment: A 20% fee of the order value will apply for cancellations after 48 hours but before shipment, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation During Transit or at Delivery: Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless it arrives damaged. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please follow the return process for a refund or replacement.
