    • Cost: Included in delivery.
    • Exclusions: This service does not include moving items inside, unpacking, or assembly.
  1. Inside Delivery:
    • Description: Your furniture will be delivered inside your home or office.
    • Details: The delivery team will bring your item into the room of your choice.
    • Cost: Included in delivery.
    • Exclusions: This service does not include unpacking or assembly.
  1. Curbside Delivery:
    • Description: Your furniture will be delivered to the curbside nearest your home.
    • Details: The delivery team will leave the item at the edge of your property.
    • Cost: Included in delivery.
    • Exclusions: This service does not include moving items inside, unpacking, or assembly.
  1. White Glove Services (WGS):
    • Description: A premium delivery option providing the highest level of service.
    • Details:
      • Delivery Inside: Your furniture will be delivered inside your home or office to the room of your choice.
      • Unpacking: The delivery team will unpack your item.
      • Assembly: Professional assembly of your furniture.
      • Debris Removal: The delivery team will remove and dispose of all packaging materials.
    • Cost: Premium fee applies.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Orders: Delivery typically takes 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order, depending on your region, area, or state.
  • Customized Orders: Once design consultation and approval are done, delivery typically takes 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order, depending on your region, area, or state. 

Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.
  2. Production Updates: For customized items, you will receive periodic updates on the production status.
  3. Shipping Notification: When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
  4. Delivery Scheduling: Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Important Information

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to most locations within the United States and Canada. Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended delivery times.
  • Access Requirements: Please ensure that your home or office has clear access for the delivery team. Notify us in advance of any special delivery requirements.
  • Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and initiate a replacement, repair or refund.
